Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Diagram App ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

Diagram App is provided as a free, browser‑based tool for creating cloud architecture diagrams. No registration or payment is required.

Free Use

The App is offered at no cost. You may use it for personal, educational, or commercial projects without licence fees or subscription requirements.

The App is provided "as‑is" and "as‑available," with no guarantees of continuous availability or uninterrupted service.

No Warranty

Diagram App is provided without any warranties, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to:

• warranties of fitness for a particular purpose
• warranties of merchantability
• warranties regarding accuracy or reliability
• warranties of non‑infringement

Service Availability

The App may experience outages, interruptions, delays, or unexpected behaviour. We do not guarantee:

• that the App will always be available
• that the App will operate without errors
• that saved or exported diagrams will always be accessible
• that updates will be released on a specific schedule

We are not liable for any loss of data, productivity, or revenue resulting from downtime or unavailability.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• saving your work locally
• exporting diagrams you wish to keep
• maintaining backups of important files
• ensuring your browser and device meet the technical requirements to run the App

The App does not store your diagrams on a server, and we cannot recover lost files.

Intellectual Property

All diagrams, content, and materials you create using the App remain your intellectual property. You retain full ownership and rights to:

• exported images
• project files
• custom icons
• any original work produced within the App

The App does not claim any rights over your creations.

All source code, design elements, and built‑in icons provided by the App remain the intellectual property of the App's author and contributors.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• misuse the App in ways that disrupt service
• attempt to reverse‑engineer or modify the App's underlying code
• use the App for unlawful activities
• upload harmful or malicious files

Third‑Party Services

The App may rely on third‑party hosting or content delivery networks. These services operate under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their behaviour, outages, or data handling practices.

If advertising is enabled, third‑party ad networks may use cookies or tracking technologies governed by their own privacy policies.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
